Our Coalition

The Virginia Institute for Public Policy is an independent, nonpartisan, education and research organization committed to the goals of individual opportunity and economic growth. Through research, policy recommendations, and symposia, the Institute works ahead of the political process to lay the intellectual foundation for a society dedicated to individual liberty, dynamic entrepreneurial capitalism, private property, the rule of law, and constitutionally-limited government.

Election Integrity Network and Who’s Counting with Cleta Mitchell is a coalition of conservative leaders, organizations, public officials and citizens dedicated to securing the legality of every American vote. EIN is led by attorney Cleta Mitchell, a nationally recognized election law attorney, author, scholar and advocate.

CPI provides a platform whereby citizen leaders, scholars, and activists who are committed to conservative values and principles can be connected with the conservative movement, and with Congress, congressional staff, and organization leaders in Washington, D.C.  

Tea Party Patriots Action’s mission is to equip Americans with the resources and training they need to be engaged citizens and effective activists. Our vision is for a nation where individual liberty is cherished and maximized, where the Constitution is revered and upheld, and where Americans are free to pursue their American Dream.

Virginia Voters Alliance is an initiative developed by citizens for citizens, meant to inspire and equip volunteers for involvement at every stage of our electoral process. We promote ideas that actively protect the rights of legitimate voters, regardless of their political party affiliation.

The Standing for Freedom Center at Liberty University exists to uphold the original mission and vision of Liberty University and its founder, Dr. Jerry Falwell, and to advance Life, Liberty, and Truth to ensure that the foundations of freedom endure for the next generation.

Heritage Action was founded in 2010 and is armed with the research and policies of The Heritage Foundation.

Our mission is to fight for conservative policies in Washington, D.C. and in state capitals across the country. We turn ideas into bills and bills into law.

Instrumental to achieving these policy victories are a trained network of Heritage Action Sentinels. Sentinels are boots-on-the-ground, grassroots Americans; They are engaged citizens and local leaders who work for the betterment of America at all levels of society.

Heritage Action reinforces the grassroots work of Sentinels with our first-class team of state directors and government relations specialists in Washington. Together, Heritage Action and Sentinels are fighting for America’s future.

Conservatives must engage in the battle for election transparency and security or our ability to elect principled lawmakers and pass laws upholding our values will be greatly diminished, if not extinguished. The Elections Transparency Initiative is quickly mobilizing in coordination with our coalition partners to defeat the efforts of radical Washington Democrats to override state election laws through H.R. 1 and H.R. 4, while simultaneously working at the state level to achieve meaningful reforms.

Americans have the right to be confident that it is easy to vote and hard to cheat in our elections, but H.R. 1 and H.R. 4 would spell disaster for our Democracy and generations of diluted and disenfranchised American voters who may lack the trust and confidence that voting is even worth it anymore. The Senate must reject this harmful legislation and Democrats’ attempt to force a Washington takeover of our elections into law. The reality is that it would undermine the right for every citizens’ vote to be cast and counted fairly and legally.

Republics were never meant to function – and cannot survive – without citizen engagement.  An accountant in California took a little time to dig into his city’s unsustainable pension mess and ended up advising localities all over the state.  Number-crunching may not be your thing, but get off the couch and do SOMETHING!  Your country needs you.
